We were using the same words but meaning different things. I said "registered cut file." The outsourced vendor heard "standard cut file." - Service response time in writing. "Next-day service" means different things to different dealers. Get the SLA in the contract.

Bottom line: the cheapest printer is the one that does the job right the first time, every time, on the schedule you promised your client. Everything else is just deferred expense.
